Return & Exchange Policy

At Boxnest, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. No refunds will be made for less than Rs. 2000.00. A discount voucher will be created that you can apply to your next purchase. Returns and Exchanges are accepted in following cases only:

1. Damage/Delay in transit: At Boxnest, we try our best to deliver products in perfect condition to our customers. We do not take any responsibility for Damage/Delay in transit. Goods that get damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded in any case. Similarly, we do not refund or accept returns for any delay in delivery happening while the goods are in transit. We Dispatch goods within 24-36 working hours after receiving the order. Once goods dispatched we donot take any responsibility for the goods in transit.

2. Manufacturing Defect/Wrong Product received: We want you to be 100% satisfied with Boxnest Purchases. In case if you find any manufacturing defect in our product or you receive wrong product, 100% Refund or exchange, whatever the customer chooses, will be executed by us only if the customer has a proof of our manufacturing defect or wrong product received. Customer needs to send an email of a clear video of opening of the parcel showing the manufacturing defect/wrong product clearly. If proved the damages are in manufacturing or wrong product received then the products have to reach back to us within 14 days of receipt. In Any case of disagreement we at Boxnest hold the right to FINAL DECISION whether to replace the damaged goods/wrong goods received.

To process the exchange or return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Fill up the form below with your order number. It’s on the shipping label or on your order confirmation email/sms.
  2. Describe the reason for return, and select your preferred refund method. Please note that the discount voucher reimbursement will be made immediately upon receipt of the merchandise and the refund on the account can take up to 14 days to be made.
  3. Send the returned products properly packed and specifying the order number and contact email to:

  1. Once we receive the package and check its state, we will proceed to refund the price of the items returned by the same method which the payment was made or by means of a discount voucher if you so choose.
  2. If you return part of the products of the same order, the amount to be returned will be calculated considering the price of the products acquired at the end, not the total products of the original order.
  3. The transport costs of the return will always be borne by the customer. We will not accept returns sent using cash on delivery.
  4. In no case will the amount paid for the delivery of your order be returned once you have been charged
  5. Under no circumstances can a customised/personalized product be returned.
