At Boxnest, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that no refunds will be issued for orders below Rs. 2000.00. Instead, a discount voucher will be issued for your next purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

1. Damage/Delay in Transit

While we strive to ensure products arrive in perfect condition, Boxnest is not responsible for damage or delays during transit. If your order is damaged in transit or delivery is delayed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- We dispatch goods within 24–36 working hours of receiving the order.

- After dispatch, we are not responsible for any issues during transit.

2. Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Product Received

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Boxnest purchase. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, we will offer a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.

To process this:

- Email us a clear video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.

- If we verify the defect or error, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

- Boxnest reserves the final decision on whether to replace/refund based on the evidence provided.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

1. Fill out the form below with your order number (found on the shipping label or order confirmation email/SMS).

2. Describe the reason for the return and select your preferred refund method.

   - Discount vouchers are issued immediately upon receiving the returned merchandise.

   - Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 14 days to process.

3. Send the returned products properly packed, including your order number and contact email, to:

Additional Terms:

- The transport costs of the return are always borne by the customer.

- We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns.

- Delivery charges are non-refundable once processed.

- Customized/personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
